Free U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $50

Free Shipping: Only online orders for $50+ (after discount before tax) inside the US are valid for free shipping. Free shipping will be an option when selecting your shipping method, with a valid purchase. Free shipping is valid for most of the 48 continuous U.S. States, No Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/DPO/FPO/Other U.S Military Addresses.

Processing Time

Most orders are shipped from our facility within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak demand periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

  • Transit Times: Estimated transit times vary based on location:
    • Western Half of the US: 2-5 business days* in transit
    • Eastern Half of the US: 6-20 business days* in transit

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

International Orders

If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.

  • All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Element Vape is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
  • All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, Element Vape is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.

For any reason that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to the sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.

We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regard to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not our responsibility. Any issues must be resolved with the third-party carrier. Please report shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Damaged Package During Transit

If your package arrives to you and your goods are damaged, immediately take a picture of the items and the invoice included in your package. To better accommodate you; please send our Customer Support Team contact@thatvapeclub.com an email with the pictures of the package included and we will reorder the damaged items for you.
