Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please email us at contact@thatvapeclub.com with the following information:
- Order #
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for the return
In some cases, we may request photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise to speed up the return process and avoid return processing fees.
Return Approval and Process Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on shipping the item(s) back to us. We will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement once the return has been received and processed.
Reporting Issues Any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, issues with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA), or missing/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened or used items:
- E-Liquids
- Atomizers, such as RDA & Tanks
- Disposable Vape
- Replacement Pods & Coils with broken tamper foil
- Spare Parts, including Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
- Hemp Products
- Rechargeable Batteries
15% Return Processing Fee
A 15% return processing fee may apply in the following cases:
- Returns are opened and/or non-defective.
- Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- The defect reason is not present upon return evaluation or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Promotional Items Promotional items are considered final sales. If a promotional item is deemed defective, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the item. Promotional items will not be replaced.
Refused Orders If either the customer or shipping carrier refuses the package for any reason, the shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Process Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) or as store credit. THAT VAPE CLUB is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
