Shipping Policy

That Vape Club currently ships to supported European countries shown at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, age-verification delays, and exceptional peak periods.

European Delivery

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout after the delivery country and address are entered. Estimated delivery times vary by country, carrier, product availability, and customs or age-restriction checks.

Typical delivery time after dispatch is 5-15 business days for supported European destinations. Remote areas or carrier delays may take longer.

Supported Countries

We only accept orders for countries that are available during checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot accept payment from or ship to that country at this time.

Currency, Taxes, VAT, and Duties

Prices are displayed in EUR unless another currency is shown at checkout. Taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import charges may be calculated at checkout or charged by the destination country, carrier, or customs authority. The customer is responsible for complying with local laws and paying any required charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Age-Restricted Products

Products sold on this site may contain nicotine and are intended only for adults of legal smoking or vaping age in the destination country. Orders may be refused, cancelled, or delayed if age or legal compliance cannot be verified.

Incorrect Address and Returned Parcels

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, unpaid duties, or local restrictions, shipping costs and carrier charges may be deducted from any refund permitted under our Returns and Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Please contact us at contact@thatvapeclub.com within 48 hours of the latest tracking update if a parcel is marked delivered but not received, or if the parcel arrives damaged. Include your order number, photos of the package, and photos of any damaged items so we can review the case with the carrier.
