Returns and Refund Policy
That Vape Club sells adult-use products, including products that may contain nicotine. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed vape products cannot usually be returned unless they are defective or the return is required by applicable law.
Return Window
You may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for eligible unopened products. Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
How to Request a Return
Email contact@thatvapeclub.com with your order number, full name, delivery country, phone number, and the reason for the return. Do not send products back until we confirm the return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or unsealed disposable vape products
- E-liquids, pods, coils, atomizers, tanks, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive products after opening
- Products damaged by misuse, incorrect storage, or unauthorized modification
- Items that cannot legally be resold or returned in the destination country
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and invoice. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue and product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges, customs charges, duties, VAT, and carrier fees are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank. If an order is refused, returned because of unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or a local import restriction, carrier costs and non-recoverable charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products can be lawfully purchased, imported, and used in their destination country. We may cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped or fulfilled legally.
