E-cig Vape Shipping Ban: Concentrates Take the Fall

Due to recent law changes, we removed all concentrate vaporizers and accessories from the Planet of the Vapes website, and you should know why. We still stand behind these products, and plan to bring them back later, but for now shipping concentrate vaporizers is risky.

Blame the PACT Act

Buried deep within the Covid relief bill passed in December 2020, the PACT Act, is some legislation meant to stop shipments of e-cig vapes to underage children. The intent of the law is not directed at dry herb vaporizers, but they could get caught in the dragnet. Changes will come as soon as March 26th.

The POTV stance

While we think it’s pretty clear dry herb vaporizers shouldn’t be restricted, we’re not so hopeful for concentrate vaporizers. Because dry concentrates melt, they could get caught in the crossfire. When everything is settled and concentrate vaporizers are in the clear, we will be back with another stellar lineup of vapes for you.

Where can you still get them?

For the time being, if you want a concentrate vaporizer, we recommend going straight to the manufacturer. We’re fans of the Puffco Peak Pro and Plus, as well as the Dr. Dabber Switch. If you’re itching for one of those vapes in the meantime, check out their websites.

Still here for you

Planet of the Vapes is still committed to making herbal vaporists healthier and happier! If you bought your concentrate vape from us, please email us with any questions or problems you have. The experts are still here!

Not going anywhere

We’re right at home as a dry herb vape-only store - back to our roots with the raw plant. In our opinion, there's no better way to consume your herbs!
